My name is Ruben Quinones, and I’m the founder of RFP Planner. I started this journey as part of my work running a custom software development company, CypressBit LLC. Like many small teams, we found ourselves buried in the time-consuming process of searching for opportunities on platforms like SAM.gov and the Texas ESBD, sorting through them, and trying to keep track of deadlines—all while juggling the actual work of crafting winning proposals.

It became clear that this process needed a better solution, not just for us but for countless organizations in the same position. That’s how RFP Planner was born—a tool to streamline opportunity management, help teams collaborate more effectively, and free up time to focus on what truly matters: winning contracts.
